About Sell BIM Data to AI

This site is run by people who read BIM platform terms and copyright statutes through their own document reader, keep a copy of every document they quote, and answer each enquiry themselves.

Why it is here

A BIM archive is rarely held in one place: the authoring tool, the common data environment and the object library each carry terms the firm signed without reading. This site sets those terms beside the law on who owns a model, so the question is settled before a price is discussed.

Who will find it useful

Directors and BIM managers at design practices, scan-to-BIM firms and BIM content studios who have been asked about their models, or are selling the business and want to know what the archive is worth to an AI buyer.

On these pages

A quote form for one question, "sell bim data to ai", that runs right on the page with no sign-up, 4 guides on related questions, a table of figures you are free to cite (see the data and how it was made), and the list of sources behind every number.

Where it stops

  • We do not rank BIM platforms; each row is the platform's own sentence and our reading of it.
  • We do not ask for client names, project addresses or model files in the form.
  • We never pass an enquiry to a BIM platform named on the board.

Accountability

Talk to us

Reach us through Contact or at enquiries@sellbimdatatoai.com; the rules that apply are on Terms and Privacy.

No BIM platform or buyer paid to be on this site or knew it would be read, and there are no affiliate links. Each answer is our reading of the published document and is not legal advice about your own contract. How we are paid: if a firm licenses its models to a buyer we introduced, we charge 12.5% of the deal when we act as its exclusive agent, or around 10% when its data goes into a bundle or the pool, agreed in writing first; any fee a buyer pays us is credited back to the firm.
